Become a partner of our owners who sleep peacefully with property managementBelieve in our management offer?

Do you have to travel for administrative formalities?

No

, you don’t need to travel! Thanks to the management mandate, we represent you for all administrative formalities such as signing and registering the lease agreement, the condition reports upon entry and upon departure, etc.The tenant no longer has heating—what do we do then?

We call the tenant to find out the true source of the problem. For example: error code on the boiler, too low water pressure in the heating circuit, a stuck thermostat valve, etc.

We check whether the problem falls under the tenant’s or the landlord’s responsibility.

Our goal is not to just send tradespeople everywhere ; our goal is to understand the problem, do we intervene ourselves or advise the tenant to to minimize costs before we bring in a professional if needed. The tenant doesn't pay the rent. What do we do then?

We monitor all transactions on the bank account closely. If, on the 10th of the month, we have not yet received the rent, we send a

first reminder of payment by email, followed by a phone call to understand whether the tenant simply forgot to pay or whether he/she is facing difficulties. In that case, we discuss this with him/her in order to set up a payment plan to regularize his/her situation. Without a response, we move on to a

second reminder that is stricter, followed by a registered letter followed by a notice of default, etc. What is the primary purpose of property management?
